		<description>You raise some good points, but what about extenuating circumstances?  For example, what if one spouse is in prison?  Or, what if one of the spouses is in the military?  What if they are both in the military?  I think it&#039;s issues such as those that create a great deal of drama and confusion for quite a few people.</description>
